At TheBidCraft we believe you should only pay for something that genuinely helps your business. We offer a straightforward, no-hassle refund policy because we are confident in our product and we respect your trust.
We built TheBidCraft for contractors, not to trap them in subscriptions they do not want. If it is not working for you, we make it easy to get your money back.

Refund requests submitted after 14 days from the original purchase date are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We are a small team and will always try to find a fair resolution.

Tell us the email address you used to sign up for TheBidCraft. That is all we need to find your account.
We will confirm your refund by email and process it immediately. Funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
You do not need to provide a reason for the refund. You do not need to fill out any forms. One email is all it takes.

TheBidCraft offers 5 free proposals with no credit card required. This free trial is designed so you can experience the product before committing to any payment. We encourage you to fully test the service during this free period before subscribing.
Because a free trial is available, refund requests citing "I did not get to try it first" will be considered but are not guaranteed after the 14-day refund window has closed.
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks create significant administrative burden for small businesses and can result in account termination. In virtually all cases, emailing us directly results in a faster, smoother resolution for everyone.
